TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Seller will arrange for the selected and ordered Products to be delivered, in Italy and in Europe, to the address specified when the purchase order was placed, in the manner indicated below.<\/p>

Shipping is carried out by courier (hereinafter the \u201cCarrier\u201d) with delivery to the address given directly in the order. For delivery of the Products, the User must provide all the necessary information, including the shipping address and the phone number of the person to whom the Product is to be delivered, if different from the person placing the order. Delivery will be made only into the hands of the recipient indicated on the waybill. The Carrier reserves the right to ask the recipient for a valid ID.<\/p>

Upon receipt of the Product, the User is required to check:
(i) that the quantity of Products ordered matches what is indicated in the transport document;
(ii) that the packaging is intact, undamaged and not tampered with, including the closing materials.<\/p>

Once the Carrier\u2019s transport document has been signed, no objection may be raised against the Company regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered.<\/p>

If the Carrier cannot deliver the Products because the recipient or their appointed delegate is not physically present at the indicated address, the Carrier may contact the recipient by phone in the following days in order to complete the delivery. Therefore, in the event of failed delivery, the Carrier may make a further attempt to get in touch; there will be no additional costs in the event of storage, and no additional costs for the user up to the second delivery attempt.<\/p>

If the parcel delivered by the Carrier is visibly damaged or broken, the User must refuse the shipment and return it to the sender. In this case the Seller will take care of retrieving the shipment and sending it again.<\/p>

If the shipment consists of several parcels and not all of them are damaged, please refuse only the damaged parcel by signing the courier\u2019s waybill \u201cWith Reservation\u201d. The Seller will retrieve the damaged parcel and replace it. If the product to be replaced is sold out, you will be contacted to arrange a replacement with another product or a refund of the remaining value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

If the Products are not intact, appear already \u201copened\u201d or in any case have characteristics that do not match what is described in the product pages on the Site, the User must report the matter by writing an email to info@familyaffairmilano.com stating the relevant Order Number and any defect found, no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours after receiving the Product. Any report sent after this deadline will not be taken into consideration. If the Product is damaged, the recipient must not take personal action with the courier and must first agree with the Seller on any return of the parcel. To prove the damage, you may be asked to provide the images needed to open a claim with the courier; these images must show the extent and nature of the damage as well as the condition of the packaging.
